Evidence considered
- No comparable evidence considered; case withdrawn before determination of market rent.
Tenant submitted evidence: no. Landlord submitted evidence: no.
Tribunal's reasoning
The landlord's notice of increase proposing £1,200 pcm (up from £1,100 pcm) was served during the fixed term by mistake, without the landlord's instructions, and the landlord subsequently confirmed she had not sought an increase. The tenants applied to withdraw their referral, and the Tribunal consented to the withdrawal under rule 22 of the 2013 Rules. No market rent was determined.
